Introduction
Before the second season of the year 2012(inclusive), the total value of the collateral construction and valuation of the Joint Credit Information Centre was used. From the third season of the year 2012, the actual information of declaration and registration of real estate transaction cases were used from the Ministry of Finance, the median house price will be counted separately, the median annual disposable income of households, finally then divided the median of the house price with the median of annual household disposable income. The larger the value, the lower the housing affordability.
