Description on Rent Subsidy Policy
To assist families who cannot afford to buy a house to live in suitable housing, the government provides "rent subsidy". The applicants must apply to the government and after the government has reviewed and approved the facts of the rental housing. As it meets the requirements, the government will subsidize the rent on a monthly basis. The amount of subsidy varies in different regions, and the subsidy period is 12 terms(months) to reduce the burden of renting. The subsidy period is only 12 terms (months), so an application has to be submitted by year.
