Introduction
The source of the data: the accounting and statistics office of each county and city, 8 major metropolitan areas including Keelung City are price checked 3 times a month (on the 5th, 15th and 25th) or 9 times (on the 2nd, 12th, 22th, 5th, 15th, 25th, 8th, 18th and 28th); the other 8 minor metropolitan areas including Yiland County are price checked once a month (on the 15th) or 3 times (on the 5th, 15th and 25th). The price information obtained is calculated using the Laspeyres' Formula, and the index calculation method is to check each price first and the area price ratio is weighted by the area weight to get the project price ratio, and then weighted by the project weight to get the index.
