Housing Information Statistical Report
Since the 1990’s, the Department has, in accordance with the “Main Points for Implementation of the Establishment of a Housing Information System” approved by the Executive Yuan on July 5th, 1990, Taiwan (80) No. 22104 Letter, regularly collects and analyzes the data submitted by various relevant agencies, and publishes Information Statistical Report"; In addition, since the first quarter of 2013, the "Quarterly Housing Information Statistical Report" and the "Annual Housing Information Statistical Report" have been integrated, and the revised version becomes the "Housing Information Statistical Report". By the means of Information electronation, it could be rapidly and precisely collected, aggregated, analyzed and published statistical information related to residential statistics to make the presentation of information more convenient.
The content of the housing information statistical report is divided into seven categories:
1. Comprehensive Description:
There is a comprehensive description of important statistical information of this season, a summary table of housing information statistics across the country and six municipalities.
2. Summary Analysis:
It is divided into five categories as follows: population dynamics of households and housing numbers, transaction taxation dynamics, housing finance dynamics, housing subsidies dynamics, and housing price dynamics.
3. Participation and Housing Information Statistics Quarterly Report:
It is divided into six categories as follows: population households, housing supply, transaction taxation, housing prices, housing finance, and housing subsidies.
4. Annual Report on Housing Information Statistics:
It was a divided into three categories as follows: population households, housing supply, and housing subsidies.
5. Special Topic Form:
It is divided into 4 forms as follows: low-income households and low-income households, housing ownership status, housing ownership status of the physically and mentally handicapped, the housing ownership status of aboriginal families, and the composition of the elderly population.
6. Chronicle of Land and Housing Events:
It is divided into seven categories as follows: population households, housing supply, transaction taxation, housing prices, housing finance, housing subsidies, and other housing-related major events.
7. Appendix:
It is compiled and explained for the housing information statistical report with the field description, the update frequency, the data source unit and the appendix description of the residential financial form.
